Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a proficient Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Al Ain, UAE, focusing on aerostructure assembly processes. This role entails enhancing manufacturing workflows and ensuring technical precision throughout production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update manufacturing documentation such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and work instructions within the Enovia PLM system.
• Offer technical assistance pertaining to assembly operations, including drilling, fastening, and riveting techniques.
• Identify and resolve production challenges, supporting continuous improvement efforts like Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Manage tooling requirements and oversee engineering change processes to maintain production integrity.

Candidate Specifications

• Minimum of 5 years expertise in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Comprehensive understanding of original equipment manufacturer standards, inclusively Airbus, Boeing, and Pilatus, along with familiarity in assembly and painting specifications.
• Skilled in industrial software such as SAP, Enovia, Catia, and Delmia.
• Ready to undertake travel assignments to collaborate with international clients and suppliers.
