Role Overview

This role is responsible for learning initiatives across the organization and occasionally contributes to key company-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the GPL Learning Academy.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, design, and manage programs focused on behavioural, managerial, and leadership capabilities.
• Manage program delivery in collaboration with external learning partners and vendors.

Required Skills

• Strong foundational knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks and principles.
• Capability to perform end-to-end business diagnostics to tailor learning interventions.
• Experience in managing learning journeys and related program logistics.
• Problem-solving skills with an ability to align initiatives to business priorities.
• Influence and collaboration skills to engage diverse teams across zones and drive change through capability-building and communication.
• Competence in analyzing multiple data sources to develop evidence-based viewpoints to persuade stakeholders.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills across various channels to engage and educate.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources from reputed institutions such as XLRI, SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, or MDI.

2 to 4 years of relevant HR experience.
