Position Objective

Main Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Provide 1st-level support by managing incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or on-site at employees' workstations, and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist employees in effectively using applications in their daily work activities.
- Identify potential improvements and actively contribute to continuous enhancements of processes and the IT environment.
- Manage small-scale projects within the service desk scope, including evaluations, rollouts, and standardization.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable technical qualification with further IT education.
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for delivering excellent support.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
