About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Security Department’s Investigation Branch with pre-employment background checks on potential hires, individuals, and organizations using multiple screening platforms according to company policies and standards.
- Conduct investigations on individuals or entities as required.
- Manage and operate both internal and external screening systems effectively.
- Ensure all screenings are performed accurately and completed within designated timelines.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of screening activities.
- Perform quality assurance on screenings to minimize errors and omissions.
- Handle confidential applicant information with utmost discretion and maintain privacy at all times.
- Monitor and track screening volumes, turnaround times, and essential performance indicators.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and statistical summaries.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by senior management including the Manager, Head of Branch, or Vice President of Security Service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education requirement is GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in background checks or related screening activities preferred.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information and verify documentation accurately.
- Strong multitasking capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other screening software platforms.
- Demonstrate high integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
