About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Operations Manager to join a fast-growing commercial organisation based in Singapore. This pivotal leadership position will oversee a diverse team responsible for service management, cloud and infrastructure, workplace technology, and venue operations. The role plays a critical part in maintaining operational stability, championing service excellence, and ensuring the reliability of essential technology platforms throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT Service Management processes, including oversight of SLAs and coordinating regular service review meetings to define and optimize IT service delivery within the organisation.
- Provide technical leadership for Azure cloud infrastructure, supervise managed service providers (MSPs), implement resilient backup and disaster recovery strategies, and manage cloud expenditures to uphold platform stability and business continuity.
- Manage physical venue technology including network functionality, Wi-Fi systems, and support for event-related technology, serving as the main IT liaison for Facilities concerning all venue technology systems.
- Oversee workplace technology operations such as end-user computing, device provisioning, Intune administration, and onboarding IT setup, ensuring seamless daily support in collaboration with the helpdesk team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in IT operations, infrastructure management, or service management domains.
- Proven capability in managing vendors and MSP relationships effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure, aptitude in ITSM frameworks, and experience implementing operational governance.
- A customer-focused approach with a dedication to enhancing operational processes and boosting service quality.
