Human Resources Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team remotely on a 12-month contract. This role focuses on delivering frontline HR support through managing employee queries efficiently via ServiceNow, ensuring employee satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Address Tier 1 employee inquiries related to HR through the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide information and assistance regarding benefits, employment verification, separations, and HR policies.
• Identify complex cases and escalate to designated HR Centers of Excellence as required.
• Maintain prompt responses to inquiries, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Work closely with global HR teams to provide consistent and comprehensive employee support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow software.
• Experience handling large volumes of support tickets effectively.
• Proven ability to support employees across diverse HR processes.

Preferred Background

• Experience in industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Startups, or Fortune 500 companies.
• Exposure to HR Operations or Shared Services within an international organization.

Additional Information

• Location: Remote position; operations aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Contract duration: 12 months.
• Compensation: Hourly rate between $40 and $42.
