Job Summary

A prominent construction firm overseeing significant projects in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Human Resources Officer for their Riyadh office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing various human resource functions tailored to both national and international workforce requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions within Saudi Arabia and international assignments.
Coordinate administrative processes related to international mobility, encompassing visas, work permits, employee mobilization, relocation, demobilization, and repatriation.
Manage the relocation and international mobility concerns of employees and their dependents.
Maintain and update employee records and information using SAP systems as well as corporate databases for the MENA region.
Administer employee benefit programs, especially those related to international medical insurance and educational allowances designed for expatriate employees.

Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
Proven work experience as a Human Resources Officer within Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity or experience in the construction or engineering sectors is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
