The organization focuses on preventive care and overall health management for corporate teams, executives, expatriates, and families looking for a premium healthcare experience.
The clinic offers executive and corporate screening packages, specialist consultations, imaging services, laboratory testing, and long-term lifestyle health programs. As a rapidly expanding healthcare business, it is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to strengthen the team and support continued growth.
Role Overview
The position involves overseeing HR and administrative operations across the organization, supporting workforce planning, and helping create a productive and high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full range of human resources and administrative activities for the organization.
- Create, improve, and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems for hiring, performance, pay and benefits, employee relations, and staff development.
- Lead hiring efforts and workforce planning to match the needs of business expansion.
- Handle employee journey processes such as onboarding, employment contracts, attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Promote a respectful, professional, and results-oriented organizational culture.
- Make sure company practices align with Kenyan labor laws and employment requirements.
- Advise senior leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning insights.
- Contribute to organizational development and future growth plans.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of steady HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, and labor law compliance.
- Strong communication, people management, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or other professional service settings will be an added advantage.
- Comfort using HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
