Role Overview

The HR Recruiter leads the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to pinpoint qualified candidates, evaluate applicants, and finalize recruitment decisions to acquire exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying and attracting potential candidates by using various job portals and sourcing methods.
Conducting applicant screenings and assessments to shortlist suitable profiles.
Handling job offer negotiations and coordinating the hiring process effectively.
Maintaining and updating candidate information within recruitment databases for efficient tracking.
Enhancing and promoting the organization's employer brand to appeal to prospective employees.
