About Hotel Rajeev Regency

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and efficient functioning.
- Oversee various departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Security departments.
- Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of hotel staff to uphold high service quality.
- Track occupancy rates, revenue, expenditures, and profitability, ensuring operational goals are met.
- Address guest complaints, escalations, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, hygiene regulations, and legal requirements.
- Handle vendor relationships, procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, staff rosters, and conduct performance reviews.
- Execute marketing campaigns and strategies to boost occupancy and enhance guest loyalty.
- Continuously seek ways to elevate service quality, operational efficiency, and the hotel's profitability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Three to eight years of experience in hotel operations, ideally with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service aptitude, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Solid grasp of hotel operational processes, budgeting practices, inventory control, and revenue management.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS), Microsoft Office, and reporting applications.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure, managing several departments concurrently.
- Effective problem-solving skills centered on delivering superior guest experiences.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and emergency operational situations.
