Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services at our property located on Ashram Marg Near Jawahar Circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This full-time opportunity involves more than simple check-ins and check-outs; it focuses on creating a unique and memorable guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

The Front Office Associate will proactively support guests by managing their operational needs, responding to requests, completing necessary documentation, and offering insights about local attractions. Responsibilities also include ensuring the workplace is safe, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, and upholding quality standards. Associates must maintain a professional appearance and communication at all times. The role requires physical activity including standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have completed high school or hold a G.E.D. equivalent. No prior related work experience or supervisory background is required. There is no mandatory licensing or certification.
