About the Company
Trident Global Corp. Ltd. is hiring for a field-focused sales role based in Ahmedabad, India.
Role Overview
This position is centered on driving sales in the field, supervising a small sales team, and expanding business through distributor and dealer networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of field sales executives and ensure monthly sales goals are met.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with distributors, dealers, and other business partners to grow revenue opportunities.
- Study the market to find new prospects and plan effective outreach approaches.
- Review sales performance data to improve product mix, pricing, and promotional activity.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 10 years of experience in channel sales or distributor sales within the paper industry.
- Good awareness of local market conditions and competitor movements.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets through relationship-based selling.
- Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
Additional Information
Compensation is listed as INR 2,50,000 to INR 3,00,000 per year.
