Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to deliver thorough administrative and organizational support to senior leadership within our company located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized administrative assistance and manage the daily agendas of senior executives efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare detailed agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions diligently.
- Handle all professional communication via emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and politeness.
- Develop presentations, reports, and official business documents to support executive functions.
- Arrange business travel including flights, lodging, itineraries, and associated expense reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external contacts to maintain seamless operational workflows.
- Oversee executive priorities, projects, and deadlines, ensuring all are met promptly.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks and executive support responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative capacity.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken Arabic and English communication.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Trustworthy in handling confidential data with high professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously, prioritizing assignments, and thriving in high-pressure environments.
- Professional with excellent interpersonal abilities and coordination skills.
