DOT Compliance Executive

Overview

We seek a meticulous US Compliance Specialist responsible for overseeing adherence to Hours of Service (HOS), Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, safety metrics, and International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) obligations. The position entails continuous monitoring of driver compliance, managing violations, documenting processes, and ensuring overall safety compliance. Candidates freshly entering the field with solid analytical capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HOS and DOT regulations.
• Identify and resolve compliance violations and apply corrective measures promptly.
• Manage safety rating scores and advise on possible enhancements.
• Supervise IFTA fuel tax filing and maintain related records accurately.
• Administer drug testing and Clearinghouse compliance procedures.
• Ensure thorough documentation supporting compliance activities.
• Conduct compliance-related training sessions for relevant personnel.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and update practices accordingly.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a Safety and Compliance Executive is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills required.

Work Schedule

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, five days per week.
