Role Summary

The Delivery Officer will coordinate the drivers’ team to ensure stock is delivered promptly while maintaining accurate accountability and smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the driver team to support fast and efficient stock deliveries.
• Ensure customer deliveries are completed as early as possible.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Obtain customer stamps and signatures on invoices according to acknowledgement procedures.
• Return invoices to the warehouse on the same day or the following day.
• Prepare and maintain delivery reports.
• Keep delivery vans in proper working condition.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience coordinating a drivers’ team.
• Ability to read both English and Arabic.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Comfort working within route-based delivery operations and compliance requirements.
