Role Summary
The Delivery Officer will coordinate the drivers’ team to ensure stock is delivered promptly while maintaining accurate accountability and smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the driver team to support fast and efficient stock deliveries.
- Ensure customer deliveries are completed as early as possible.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
- Obtain customer stamps and signatures on invoices according to acknowledgement procedures.
- Return invoices to the warehouse on the same day or the following day.
- Prepare and maintain delivery reports.
- Keep delivery vans in proper working condition.
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience coordinating a drivers’ team.
- Ability to read both English and Arabic.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Comfort working within route-based delivery operations and compliance requirements.
