Job Description and Responsibilities

• Manage access control by ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry into the facility.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to maintain comprehensive security coverage of the plant premises.
• Perform regular patrols across production areas, warehouses, and adjacent facilities to uphold safety and security standards.
• Act swiftly in response to alarms, security breaches, or emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Record and report any unusual activities, security issues, or safety concerns to the Security Supervisor promptly.
• Implement and enforce company policies concerning security, health, and safety, maintaining compliance with applicable fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Support safety preparedness by assisting in drills and training sessions for emergency scenarios such as fires or hazardous material incidents.
• Administer visitor management by maintaining logs, issuing passes, and verifying the credentials of visitors and contractors to keep an accurate on-site record.
• Handle lost and found items responsibly, keeping precise documentation and records.
