Job Overview
The Senior Executive - Admin and Security position is situated onsite at Mahabubnagar, Telangana with an operational focus on solar and wind operations and maintenance. This role requires frequent regional travel and possible temporary or permanent relocation to operational sites based on company requirements. Candidates should have 5 to 30 years of relevant experience and possess at least a graduation equivalent qualification.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and implement strategies to safeguard company assets, personnel, facilities, and operations from threats including vandalism, espionage, sabotage, theft, and unauthorized access, utilizing contracted security agency services.
- Build and maintain intelligence and vigilance networks, conduct comprehensive risk and threat assessments, solve related problems, and ensure continuous business operations at site locations.
- Supervise security service providers through quality monitoring, audits, report generation, budget management, billing, and ensuring compliance.
- Address Right of Way (RoW) challenges by engaging effectively with local communities, police, and administrative officials up to Tahsil and District levels, resolving complex issues through troubleshooting skills.
- File and follow up on FIRs concerning theft, vandalism, and other incidents, maintaining awareness of norms affecting insurance claims and legal requirements.
- Support various company teams in ensuring statutory compliance related to land and legal matters.
- Manage comprehensive administrative functions including facility upkeep, office and estate management, asset control, and space utilization.
- Oversee lodging and boarding operations covering guest house arrangements, pantry staffing and procurement, hygiene standards, and cleanliness maintenance.
- Organize and monitor travel arrangements, including cab hiring compliant with safety guidelines, GPS installation, driver training, audits, and vendor management.
- Lead vendor negotiations, billing procedures, event coordination, cost optimization efforts, and departmental management information systems.
- Administer statutory compliance, lease management, office policies, manpower administration, intellectual property protection, and government liaison activities related to administration and security.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, with government authorities.
- Execute crisis management plans effectively during events such as pandemics, heavy rains, floods, and forest fires to maintain site operations, protect personnel and assets, and coordinate support with emergency services like fire brigades, police, hospitals, and ambulances.
