Position Overview
The Corporate Access & Investor Relations Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the Investor Relations team and executive leadership by managing logistical aspects of corporate access initiatives. This includes organizing investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst meetings, and other key investor-related events. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced public company setting, exhibiting professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Primary Responsibilities
- Organize logistics for investor conferences, analyst interactions, roadshows, and other corporate events.
- Manage scheduling of meetings with institutional investors and analysts.
- Communicate effectively with conference organizers, brokers, executives, and internal departments to ensure seamless event planning.
- Arrange travel plans for executives including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Offer on-site support and coordination during events as needed.
- Assist in monitoring and responding to investor and analyst inquiries received through the Investor Relations inbox.
- Support preparation and distribution of investor communications such as presentations, earnings releases, and fact sheets.
- Maintain and update investor contact databases, CRM tools, engagement records, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate management, shipment, and inventory of marketing and branded merchandise used at investor meetings and conferences.
- Represent the company professionally at investor events and within external partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, finance, marketing, and operations to align investor engagement plans.
- Help organize internal and external meetings related to investor relations activities.
- Support ad hoc projects related to investor relations and executive operations as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate access, event coordination, administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- Experience working with public companies or within financial services is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with investor relations databases or CRM software preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 20% as required.
- Availability to work full-time onsite at the Boca Raton, Florida office.
