Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Continental Cook to prepare a variety of continental dishes following established recipes and standard operating procedures. The candidate will be responsible for upholding high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare continental cuisine accurately according to given recipes and SOPs.
Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and appealing presentation at all times.
Ensure the kitchen complies with hygiene and food safety regulations.
Efficiently organize mise en place and manage inventory levels to optimize stock usage.
Reduce food waste and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen environment.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team during high-pressure service periods.
Adhere strictly to instructions from the Head Chef to maintain culinary consistency.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 16,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
