Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Continental Cook to prepare a variety of continental dishes following established recipes and standard operating procedures. The candidate will be responsible for upholding high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure a delightful dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare continental cuisine accurately according to given recipes and SOPs.
- Maintain consistent food quality, flavor, and appealing presentation at all times.
- Ensure the kitchen complies with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Efficiently organize mise en place and manage inventory levels to optimize stock usage.
- Reduce food waste and maintain cleanliness within the kitchen environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team during high-pressure service periods.
- Adhere strictly to instructions from the Head Chef to maintain culinary consistency.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 16,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
