Overview
Our client, a prominent Strategy firm based in Dublin, is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager / Director to enhance its thriving team. Operating within a global strategy network, the team delivers advisory services spanning corporate strategy, business unit strategy, growth initiatives, and commercial due diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior client executives to develop and execute corporate strategy projects.
- Conduct thorough market and commercial analyses to guide strategic growth and decision-making.
- Lead Commercial Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions, covering both buy-side and sell-side assignments.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and securing client projects.
Candidate Profile
- Solid expertise in Food & Beverage and Consumer sectors alongside a consulting background.
- Strong commercial acumen honed in strategy consulting or professional services roles.
- Proven success in delivering strategy or commercial due diligence assignments.
- Advanced analytical skills including market sizing, competitive analysis, customer insights, trend identification, and macroeconomic evaluation.
- Proven leadership in managing and inspiring diverse, high-performance teams.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants to foster their career progression.
- Exceptional client relationship management capabilities with an aptitude for influencing senior-level stakeholders.
