Operating within a global strategy network, the team delivers advisory services spanning corporate strategy, business unit strategy, growth initiatives, and commercial due diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior client executives to develop and execute corporate strategy projects.
• Conduct thorough market and commercial analyses to guide strategic growth and decision-making.
• Lead Commercial Due Diligence for mergers and acquisitions, covering both buy-side and sell-side assignments.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and securing client projects.

Candidate Profile

• Solid expertise in Food & Beverage and Consumer sectors alongside a consulting background.
• Strong commercial acumen honed in strategy consulting or professional services roles.
• Proven success in delivering strategy or commercial due diligence assignments.
• Advanced analytical skills including market sizing, competitive analysis, customer insights, trend identification, and macroeconomic evaluation.
• Proven leadership in managing and inspiring diverse, high-performance teams.
• Experience mentoring junior consultants to foster their career progression.
• Exceptional client relationship management capabilities with an aptitude for influencing senior-level stakeholders.
