Key Responsibilities
- Assist and engage clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets and improving UBT conversion rates.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule with rotational morning and night shifts to ensure continuous store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, with proven skills in achieving sales targets and managing customer conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers.
- Availability to work in rotational shifts and preference for immediate joining.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary totaling 7000 SAR inclusive of GOSI contributions.
- Performance incentives linked to target achievement, providing additional earning potential.
