Role Overview
Join The Funky Sponge as a Cleaning Technician where you'll be entrusted with cleaning residential homes to meet our detailed checklist, ensuring every client enjoys a pristine environment. Work alongside a supportive team, consistently serve repeat customers, and take pride in delivering excellent results.
Key Duties
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms including dusting, floor care, surface wiping, and attention to detail.
- Offer courteous and professional service during each home visit.
- Coordinate with the office regarding scheduling, access challenges, and any on-site issues.
- Maintain and organize supplies and equipment for efficient use.
- Document cleaning progress with before and after photos and report any concerns needing attention.
Candidate Profile
- Dependable and timely with a commitment to punctuality.
- Meticulous and takes genuine satisfaction in doing tasks correctly.
- Polite, respectful, and at ease working inside customers' residences.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and performing light lifting required for cleaning tasks.
- Possess reliable transportation and able to successfully pass a background check.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous, yet a positive attitude is most valued; training is provided for our cleaning methodology.
