Overview
Novaflint Ventures LLP is seeking motivated, confident, and energetic individuals to expand their sales team. They invite applications from freshers, interns, and seasoned professionals with a keen interest in sales and business expansion within the IT and digital marketing sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through outbound calls and lead generation efforts.
- Engage potential clients to grasp their specific business needs and objectives.
- Effectively present and promote the company's suite of products and services, which include Website Development, Mobile Application Solutions, Custom Software, Digital Marketing services, and Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.
- Develop and nurture lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Systematically follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive organizational growth.
- Maintain detailed records of customer communications and sales progress to support business operations.
