HR & Finance Internship - Remote

Internship Overview

This internship involves supporting core human resources and finance functions in a dynamic web design company. The intern will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and assisting with administrative tasks related to finance and company documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee data, attendance logs, and HR documentation meticulously.
• Perform general administrative duties and upkeep company records.
• Use Excel and Google Sheets to track data and assist with invoicing and basic finance tasks.
• Support daily business operations by providing assistance with various administrative functions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years’ experience in relevant roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
• Availability for a fully remote internship starting between August 10 and September 14, 2026, for a six-month period.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000.
• Certificate of completion awarded at the end of the internship.
• Work schedule consists of five working days per week.
