Overview

SRD Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Manager based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to oversee warehouse operations and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance partnerships with client brands by ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing regular operational KPI reports.
Oversee core warehouse activities including inbound receiving, put-away, and outbound picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Manage inventory through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audits to ensure accurate records within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
Lead and develop warehouse teams by conducting training, scheduling shifts, and supervising staff and shift supervisors to maximize productivity.

Additional Information

This role requires hands-on management within the warehouse premises in Bengaluru.
