Overview
SRD Logistics Pvt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Manager based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to oversee warehouse operations and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance partnerships with client brands by ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing regular operational KPI reports.
- Oversee core warehouse activities including inbound receiving, put-away, and outbound picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage inventory through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audits to ensure accurate records within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Lead and develop warehouse teams by conducting training, scheduling shifts, and supervising staff and shift supervisors to maximize productivity.
Additional Information
This role requires hands-on management within the warehouse premises in Bengaluru.
