Warehouse Executive

Role Overview

Join Adiyogi Agro Equipments Private Limited as a Warehouse Executive, responsible for overseeing efficient warehouse functions encompassing inbound processes, inventory management, and dispatch operations, while ensuring compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of 15 to 20 warehouse staff, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
• Manage warehouse inventory with over 1500 SKUs, maintaining accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular weekly stock audits and take ownership of audit accuracy.
• Facilitate daily dispatch operations handling 50 or more invoices efficiently.
• Coordinate multiple transportation arrangements and vehicle scheduling for deliveries.
• Utilize basic Excel skills and inventory software such as Zoho for data management.
• Operate within a system-driven environment respecting SOPs and continuously improving processes by identifying root causes and updating procedures.
• Review team members' performance weekly, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience between 2 to 6 years in warehouse operations within agriculture equipment, farm machinery, auto components, electrical hardware distribution, industrial tools, paint industry, two-wheeler spare parts, manufacturing, or textile sectors.
• Proficient in Kannada, English, and Hindi languages.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Education qualification: Any Degree.
• Previous experience in delivery or e-commerce sectors like Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, Bigbasket, or Ninjacart is not preferred.
