Role Overview

The Validation Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate input and validation of home interior projects spanning modular and service scopes. While modular elements are managed by a network of vendors, services are provided through Livspace-certified contractors and internal teams. This role involves detailed assessment and validation of technical documents and site conditions to prevent discrepancies and execution risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and validate technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and on-site conditions.
• Interpret and verify drawings across various disciplines including modular and non-modular kitchen workspaces (KWS), furniture, civil works, electrical installations, and plumbing.
• Detect design inconsistencies and potential risks in execution phases.
• Identify omissions in BOQ items, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Finalize the BOQ post thorough clarification of discrepancies and comprehensive site validation.
• Deliver precise validation reports within stipulated service-level agreements (SLA).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of three years' contracting experience, with at least one year in project execution and two years in quantity surveying, focused on residential and commercial projects.
• Capability to evaluate design feasibility, visualize site realities, and anticipate risks in project execution.
• Demonstrate proactivity and effective prioritization of assignments.
• Exhibit a strong sense of accountability and ownership over responsibilities.
• High capacity for learning and adapting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
