Key Responsibilities

• Establish, execute, and uphold the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework ensuring adherence to regulatory mandates, including SAMA's guidelines.
• Perform Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk evaluations to identify essential operations and prioritize recovery efforts.
• Develop and evaluate Business Continuity Plans (BCP) alongside Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to guarantee preparedness.
• Organize and direct BCP drills, scenario simulations, and awareness initiatives throughout all organizational departments.
• Compile and present detailed reports and updates to senior leadership and relevant regulatory agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Between 1 to 2 years of practical experience in business continuity, risk management, or similar functions.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulations and recognized BCM frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Possession of professional credentials such as CBCP, MBCI, or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and effective organizational capabilities.
