Job Purpose

The User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Designer will be responsible for crafting user-centric digital experiences across various platforms including web, mobile, and enterprise applications. This role emphasizes understanding user demands, designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, and ensuring a smooth user journey in line with both business goals and the organization's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze user and business requirements.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, user flows, and wireframes that guide design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Implement responsive, accessible designs following contemporary UX/UI standards.
• Perform usability tests and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain and refine design systems, UI elements, and style guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
• Prepare detailed design assets and specifications to facilitate smooth product implementation.
• Keep abreast of new trends, tools, and methodologies in UX/UI design.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Webflow.
• Strong UX capabilities including wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledgeable about design systems, responsive design principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Possesses 3 to 6 years of experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Experienced in designing enterprise-level web portals and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is preferred.

Employment Details

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis and requires working onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
