Job Overview

We are seeking a Telecaller to join VS Credit Finserv in Chennai. The role focuses on communicating effectively with customers, explaining company products, and maintaining customer relations through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to explain products and services offered by the company.
• Respond to customer queries with accurate and relevant information.
• Keep detailed records of calls and update customer information accordingly.
• Follow up with prospective customers to encourage engagement.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient communication skills in Tamil and basic English language.
• Confident and courteous phone manner.
• Strong listening ability with the talent to persuade customers effectively.
• Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Experience and Work Conditions

Additional Information

• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus incentives exceeding 5,000 INR.
