Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller to join VS Credit Finserv in Chennai. The role focuses on communicating effectively with customers, explaining company products, and maintaining customer relations through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to explain products and services offered by the company.
- Respond to customer queries with accurate and relevant information.
- Keep detailed records of calls and update customer information accordingly.
- Follow up with prospective customers to encourage engagement.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills in Tamil and basic English language.
- Confident and courteous phone manner.
- Strong listening ability with the talent to persuade customers effectively.
- Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Experience and Work Conditions
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is advantageous.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary plus incentives exceeding 5,000 INR.
