Technical Publications Officer - Rotary Wing

Role Overview

The Technical Publications Officer is entrusted with ensuring that all technical publications and library processes are efficiently managed to provide Maintenance and CAMO staff with necessary documentation and publications that support their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly receive and file all relevant technical publications.
• Register, record, and distribute technical documents periodically using Transmittal Letters.
• Oversee downloading and distribution of Airworthiness Authority Requirements (AARs) and manufacturer advisories including Service Bulletins (SBs) and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs).
• Manage and update the circulation system for all technical documentation.
• Maintain and refresh both digital file servers and hardcopy libraries of the company.
• Assist with Technical Library audits conducted by QCAA or Technical Compliance teams.
• Coordinate and dispatch fuel carnets to the corresponding aircraft.
• Communicate and coordinate with manufacturers regarding technical publication requirements.
• Provide support to the Airworthiness Manager and Senior Manager CAMO relating to their duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of four years experience working with documentation and publication processes specifically related to Rotary Wing aircraft.
• Proficient in using Trax and AMOS software systems.
• Strong understanding of general aviation principles concerning helicopters.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work meticulously and maintain accuracy and consistency.
