About the Role
We are seeking a Change Management Officer to join a leading client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is initially for 12 months with potential extension and focuses on supporting the implementation of a guest disruption recovery system. The Officer will coordinate and drive change management activities to promote employee engagement and adoption of new operational processes across guest journey recovery efforts.
Responsibilities
- Implement structured change management techniques to help operational teams understand and adopt new disruption recovery processes and tools.
- Assist with stakeholder-specific change impact and readiness assessments to inform implementation plans.
- Provide practical support for change activities across departments, including operations with large, shift-based, and mobile workforces.
- Prepare change updates, briefing materials, and recommendations for project and business stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver communication plans aligned to project milestones with tailored messaging.
- Create and maintain communication resources such as SharePoint sites, FAQs, briefing documents, and user support materials.
- Help identify and track change risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation efforts to minimize impact at go-live.
- Support stakeholder analysis and coordinate engagement activities across the programme.
- Track success metrics related to change adoption and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to project teams and business units engaged in change initiatives.
- Manage change champion networks within Operations, including maintaining contacts, meeting notes, actions, and engagement materials.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience supporting business transformation, change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, or project coordination, preferably in operational or aviation settings.
- Familiarity with disruption management, irregular operations, guest recovery, or service recovery processes is a plus.
- Experience in supporting change activities, stakeholder communication, training coordination, or adoption assistance; airline industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of change management methods, communication planning, and project support functions.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
