Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and upkeep of building facilities and exterior grounds
• Monitoring and servicing of technical installations
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and upkeep tasks
• Assistance with relocations within the building and arranging related activities
• Supervising subcontractors engaged for repair and maintenance work
• Conducting winter services to ensure safety outdoors
• Handling postal duties including mail and messenger deliveries

Required Profile

• Successful completion of vocational training relevant to the job functions
• Good physical condition capable of managing work involving lifting, carrying, and pushing loads exceeding 25 kilograms
• Self-motivation, responsibility, and a readiness to engage actively

• Flexibility in work approaches
• Ability to handle stress and maintain high work capacity
