Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our team at Magna Sales And Technologies in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the store in excellent condition, including ensuring appealing visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure prompt packing and dispatch of goods to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services effectively.
- Provide support for inventory management and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
- Organize, stack, and display products appropriately for sale.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and logistics activities using registers and prescribed Excel formats.
- Preferably have knowledge of accounting software like Tally.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
