Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our team at Magna Sales And Technologies in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain the store in excellent condition, including ensuring appealing visual merchandising standards.
Ensure prompt packing and dispatch of goods to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services effectively.
Provide support for inventory management and guarantee timely delivery of goods.
Organize, stack, and display products appropriately for sale.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and logistics activities using registers and prescribed Excel formats.
Preferably have knowledge of accounting software like Tally.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must possess their own two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
