Overview
This role is designed for a Business Partner and functional expert who delivers detailed analytical insights and decision-making assistance to stakeholders, aiding in shaping future business strategies. Experience in sales processes, particularly within software companies, alongside expenses management and comprehensive knowledge of processes, systems, or tools is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Business Partners as a co-pilot.
- Manage assigned responsibilities independently with dedicated focus on specific business segments.
- Coordinate with GBF, Business, and Business Operations teams to fulfill forecast and budget review requirements.
- Offer expertise in defining and implementing organizational business changes, especially SCOA.
- Engage actively in GPO initiatives and projects.
- Convert ambiguous or one-off business requirements into valuable analysis and build complex scenarios like long-range planning and competitive analysis.
- Interpret and formulate solutions for ad hoc business needs.
- Identify essential business drivers, establish KPIs, and integrate these into business reporting packs, ensuring alignment with business changes.
- Lead discussions, consolidate viewpoints, and serve as a substitute in the absence of Finance Business Partners.
- Initiate, own, and guide critical projects with periodic status reviews and proactive adjustments.
Additional Duties
- Lead initiatives to standardize and automate processes.
- Mentor junior analysts and design relevant training programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, propose enhancements, and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Educational background includes MBA, CA, CIMA, or CMA.
- At least 9 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
