This role is designed for a Business Partner and functional expert who delivers detailed analytical insights and decision-making assistance to stakeholders, aiding in shaping future business strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Business Partners as a co-pilot.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities independently with dedicated focus on specific business segments.
  • Coordinate with GBF, Business, and Business Operations teams to fulfill forecast and budget review requirements.
  • Offer expertise in defining and implementing organizational business changes, especially SCOA.
  • Engage actively in GPO initiatives and projects.
  • Convert ambiguous or one-off business requirements into valuable analysis and build complex scenarios like long-range planning and competitive analysis.
  • Interpret and formulate solutions for ad hoc business needs.
  • Identify essential business drivers, establish KPIs, and integrate these into business reporting packs, ensuring alignment with business changes.
  • Lead discussions, consolidate viewpoints, and serve as a substitute in the absence of Finance Business Partners.
  • Initiate, own, and guide critical projects with periodic status reviews and proactive adjustments.

Qualifications
