Site Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a committed and meticulous Site Engineer to manage construction operations, uphold quality standards, and supervise daily site functions. The successful candidate will apply strong technical expertise and coordination capabilities to ensure projects are executed safely, punctually, and within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at the construction site.
• Track project progress and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, architects, consultants, and project management teams.
• Maintain quality assurance and enforce safety protocols on site.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to project standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Address and resolve technical challenges, providing on-site engineering support.
• Efficiently manage labor force, materials, and equipment resources.
• Ensure completion of work within the set timelines as per project requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Have between 2 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Site Engineer.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of construction methodologies and site management principles.
• Preferably skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exhibit effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites when necessary.

Compensation

The salary range offered for this position is INR 35,000 to INR 50,000 per month.
