Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

Role overview

This permanent, full-time role is based in West Cork, with work starting and ending from your home each day. As a customer delivery representative, you will visit a variety of customers, use practical problem-solving to identify the best solution for each situation, and deliver a high standard of service throughout.

The job involves carrying out customer-site services, installing, fitting, collecting, and swapping units or products as needed. You will also look for suitable opportunities to introduce additional sales while helping the business achieve its performance targets.

The starting salary is €29,350, with on-target earnings of €32,500.

Key duties

• Complete customer service requests in a professional and appropriate way while on the road.
• Keep service management informed with timely updates and feedback about customer requests and related issues.
• Make sure all products and services supplied to customers are appropriate for their needs.
• Help shape routing solutions for new customer service needs.
• Follow company health and safety rules at all times.
• Work to meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.

Requirements

• A valid, full Irish or EU driving licence with no issues.
• Strong ability to organise tasks and handle priorities to meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong focus on customer service and service quality.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day work.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative, with a positive can-do mindset.
