Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

Role overview

This is a permanent, full-time field-based driving and customer service role. The workday begins from home and ends at home. You will visit a variety of customers, use practical problem-solving to decide the best approach, and provide on-site services such as installing, fitting, collecting, and swapping products and units. A key part of the role is maintaining excellent service standards and spotting opportunities to generate additional sales while helping the business meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out customer service requests by driving to sites and delivering support in a professional manner.
• Keep service management informed with timely updates and feedback on customer requests and related issues.
• Make sure products and stock supplied to customers are appropriate for the service required.
• Help shape route plans for new service needs and customer requirements.
• Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work to meet or exceed customer expectations on every visit.

Requirements

• Valid full clean Irish or EU driving licence.
• Ability to organise priorities and manage workload to deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Clear focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.

Compensation and benefits

The starting salary is €29,350, with an on-target earning potential of €32,500.
