Service Coordinator - Airport Kiosk Attendant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to work at the airport kiosk, assisting passengers and promoting Rapido services. The position requires a professional and approachable demeanor to ensure a positive passenger experience at Mumbai Airport (CSMIA) Terminal 2.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate flexibility in shift timings.
• Greet arriving passengers courteously and provide them with information regarding Rapido services.
• Assist passengers in booking Rapido cabs for their destinations and guide them accordingly.
• Offer assistance with luggage in a friendly manner and provide amenities such as water to passengers.

Job Details and Conditions

• Location: Mumbai Airport, Terminal 2 (CSMIA)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (CTC)
• Preferred Candidate: Male applicants; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Shifts: Must be willing to work flexible shifts including:

• 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
