Key responsibilities

• Track and maintain adherence to NABH and other relevant accreditation standards throughout the hospital.
• Examine medical records and related documentation to confirm they are complete, accurate, and aligned with required standards.
• Carry out routine inspection visits across the facility, document observations, and prepare reports.
• Follow up on findings to make sure corrective actions are completed within the required timelines.
