Role overview
The Senior Quality Executive will be responsible for supporting hospital quality systems and ensuring that accreditation and compliance requirements are consistently met across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Track and maintain adherence to NABH and other relevant accreditation standards throughout the hospital.
- Examine medical records and related documentation to confirm they are complete, accurate, and aligned with required standards.
- Carry out routine inspection visits across the facility, document observations, and prepare reports.
- Follow up on findings to make sure corrective actions are completed within the required timelines.
Quality and compliance expectations
This role focuses on strengthening documentation quality, supporting accreditation readiness, and ensuring hospital-wide compliance through regular audits, inspections, and corrective action monitoring.
