About the Role
A leading global technology organization based in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager specializing in People Analytics. This hybrid role on a 14-month contract involves managing a portfolio of people analytics products that provide strategic workforce insights and drive executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategic roadmap for People Analytics product offerings.
- Create and deliver executive dashboards and insightful workforce analytics.
- Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to uncover data-driven opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Promote widespread adoption of analytics products throughout the company.
- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data effectively.
- Translate workforce data into practical business recommendations.
- Continuously assess product performance and enhance the user experience.
- Support initiatives related to employee feedback, including analyzing survey data.
- Use data-driven insights to shape strategic workforce decisions across global teams.
- Lead large-scale analytics projects within an international context.
Candidate Profile
- Over eight years of professional experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Workforce Analytics.
- Proven experience managing analytics products or data platforms.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders at Director or Executive level effectively.
- Strong skills in dashboard development and preparing executive reports.
- Excellent communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of people data and human resources information systems.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide analytics programs.
- A passion for leveraging data to enhance organizational decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics.
- Familiarity with Discovery Boards and Peakon platforms.
- Experience in employee listening and survey analytics.
- Background in data science.
- Certification in product management.
