Senior Executive – Sourcing (Purchasing)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated techno-commercial professional eager to embrace new challenges. The individual should possess solid expertise in Indirect Purchase categories and a thorough understanding of market trends within the facility management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and negotiate supplier quotations, fostering supplier relationships to ensure favorable pricing, delivery, and credit conditions.
• Analyze customer purchase data to maximize opportunities related to Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) and Request for Quotations (RFQ).
• Perform detailed price analysis by category and item, assessing profitability accurately at all levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams, business development, customer purchasing, central procurement, and local sourcing teams to provide timely and competitive data analysis.
• Identify and implement standardized procedures to support business development efforts.
• Innovate methods to assess the effectiveness of procurement analysis approaches.
• Enhance turnaround time for analyzing customer purchase data.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and Ariba sourcing industries.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong expertise in business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing.
• Deep domain knowledge in Indirect Procurement.

Educational Qualifications

A graduation degree or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution is mandatory. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institute is preferred.
